Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design and create the Scale-Up Readiness Diagnostic Tool
ā¢ Implement the tool with selected organizations
ā¢ Assess and improve market entry readiness
ā¢ Collaborate with executive teams on organizational strategies
ā¢ Conduct training to enhance business processes
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in a related field
ā¢ Expertise in planning and organizational management
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Proven experience in training and development
