Job Description
Become a Volunteer Coordinator with WGEN, dedicating 3–5 hours weekly to support equity initiatives. Manage volunteer efforts and help organize meaningful community events.
In this role with Women and Gender Equity Network, you will report to the WGEN Director and focus on recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating volunteers for a variety of events. Collaboration with fellow executives and the WGEN Coordinator is essential to successfully create a supportive environment and promote safe(r)-space workshops and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the recruitment process for new volunteers
• Organize and manage volunteer schedules effectively
