  Accent Neutralization: Reduce regional influence on speech for better global comprehension
• .Pronunciation & Articulation: Train agents to pronounce words clearly and correctly
• .Voice Modulation & Tone: Develop skills to maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident tone
• .Listening Skills:Enhance active listening for accurate understanding and response
• .Customer Service Language:Teach appropriate phrases, vocabulary, and cultural nuances for international interactions
