Experience
6–8 Years
Certifications
VMWare, HPE, Microsoft Certified
Responsibilities
- Good Experience on VMWare and fixing related issues.
- Technical Support and troubleshooting support for Windows Operating system.
- Knowledge of Email Account Creation/ Outlook/Exchange.
- Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements.
- Have Excellent cross‑department communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
- Co‑ordinating with SMEs/vendors for certain Support cases and implementation‑related tasks.
- Willing to work on‑field at customer premises for undertaking Customer initiated Projects and support functions based on the requirement.
- Ability to inspire confidence in Customer.
