- Provide support, administration, and maintenance of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5.x/9.x) components, including vSphere, vSAN, Aria Suite, NSX, HCX, and SDDC Manager
- Provide support for Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, including vSphere Replication and VMware Live Site Recovery (LSR / SRM)
- Support and maintain Clienture Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environments
- Develop, maintain, and support automation pipelines using Ansible Tower and Clienture DevOps
- Perform real-time health monitoring and platform validation across all supported environments
- Resolve incidents and problems in accordance with defined SLA targets
- Execute approved configuration changes and standard service requests in compliance with change management processes
