Job Description
**LOCATION -** Remote Missouri
**VmWare Engineer ( PowerFlex)**
Must have skills: PowerEdge, VmWare (primary day to day focus)
Nice to have skill: Cohesity
Scope: ā¢ Act as primary onsite engineer managing day-to-day IT infrastructure operations
ā¢ Support and maintain VMware environment (vSphere, ESXi, VM provisioning)
ā¢ Manage Dell infrastructure including PowerEdge.
ā¢ Handle daily operational tasks including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
ā¢ Serve as L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and escalations
ā¢ Coordinate with client support for hardware/software issues
ā¢ Perform system health checks, monitoring, and performance optimization
ā¢ Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities
ā¢ Support backup and recovery operations (Cohesity experience preferred)
ā¢ Document environment, issues, and operational procedures
ā¢ Act as primary point of contact for the customers IT teams and stakeholders onsite
