Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provision, build and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure in a multi‑customer environment
- Provision, build and maintain the monitoring and alerting infrastructure in a multi‑customer environment
- Respond to and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents and problems across Virtual Server infrastructure within agreed SLA’s and change management processes
- Design and deliver Virtual infrastructure in line with enterprise standards, principles and policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Infrastructure and Applications areas
- Implement pro‑active preventative maintenance processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot complex issues
Technical Skills – Required
- Must have knowledge and experience in VMware vSphere:
- VM deployment, customization, and automation (Orchestrator)
- vCenter support and configuration
