**Visual Merchandising Specialist I**Mexico, LATAM**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**Closely work with Marketplace unit leads for feedback and quick response from function needs to drive concept excellence.This role will be responsible for driving concept seasonal plan, key projects plan and delivering of tools, plans and directive in a timely manner.You must be connected in the retail marketplace to understand consumer, marketplace, retail trends and insights.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**As the Visual Merchanting Specialist II for Latam, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of driving the concept visual merchandising strategy to elevate the consumer experience.
- Requires a 4-year college degree (ideally in design, marketing, fashion or similar).
- Minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience.
- Verbal communication skills and compelling presentation skills.
