Visual Merchandising Production Specialist
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate packaging and shipping of POP materials to retail locations, confirm deliveries and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues.
- Edit the monthly merchandising guide and templated assets for in-store execution (signage,brochures, posters and and POP pieces)
- Order store graphics as requested
- Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely payment for department and store related expenses.
- Light design work and print production
- Maintain an organized asset library, production schedule and basic inventory tracking for POP stock
- Edit store maps as updates and remodels are complete
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with print production/file prep
