Job Description
About the role
- Responsible for assigned NIKE stores to monitor the consistency of the store team and in store visual merchandising lead in following the VM global guidelines set by the principal/brand and ensure correct graphic materials installed.
- Work closely with Brand Team/ Air Team members for implementation and maintenance of Visual Plans and seasonal campaign change out.
- Identify and address store opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
- Support the brand’s marketing team for product launch campaigns & events where relevant e.g. media event, marathon, mall atriums etc.
- Help develop local guidelines when necessary, in adherence to global directives.
- Coordinate and align with cross functional teams and store team on new directions.
