Main Purpose

To provide leadership to the visual merchandise team that ensures a world-class shopping experience by creating and implementing impactful visual displays in line with directives to maximize sales for the allocated department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement visual marketing material to ensure the effective launch of promotions and special events in the allocated area in conjunction with the commercial departments.
• Communicate marketing material for promotions to department staff.
• Create visual displays in line with the visual manual, in-store booklet, and beautiful VM booklets to maximize sales.
• Monitor current customer profiles and observe customers to influence visual displays and provide feedback on changes or trends in the allocated area.
• Manage the distribution and implementation of ticketing and décor in the allocated area.
