Job Title: Sr. Look Development Artist
NWS is looking for a Sr. Look Development Artist (Between 5-10yrs experience) with a
strong eye for photorealistic CGI, materials, lighting, and product detailing for advertising
and branded content projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality materials, shaders, textures, and lighting set-ups
- Develop photorealistic product finishes for automotive, product, and environment
visuals
- Match real-world references with accurate surface detailing, reflections, and lighting
