Job Description
Overview
Visiting Associate Professor Position in Visual Communication at the School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) within the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (COHASS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
This one‑year position is intended for eminent overseas academics, such as international prize recipients or distinguished scholars, whose presence will enhance the academic standing of the faculty. The primary responsibility is teaching, with opportunities to incorporate research interests into course syllabi and collaborate with other ADM faculty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver two undergraduate courses in Visual Communication each semester.
- Provide advice and expertise to identify and expand areas of curricular development.
- Offer up‑to‑date technical expertise to review and advise on technologies for teaching needs.
- Take on pathway coordination role and attend academic meetings.
