Vision Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Understand project requirements, perform feasibility studies, and be able to propose machine vision solutions to customers.
2. Perform image evaluation on customer samples to determine and propose the hardware (optic, camera, lens, lighting) and software requirements for the machine vision system.
3. Design and develop machine vision systems based on project requirements using software programming languages or logic‑based configuration with image processing libraries.
4. Perform software programming, UI design, software architecture design, and software performance optimization on PC‑based vision platforms.
5. Be responsible for installation and support of programming and fine‑tuning of vision inspection systems at factory and customer sites.
6. Accountable for project planning, delivery schedules, and project realization, including time estimation, customer site support, and training.
