Job Title:- Visa Counselor Department:- Visa & immigration service Reports to:- Branch Manager/ Operation Manager Key Responsibilities and Skills :- Profile Assessment for evaluate client qualifications, travel history, and financial standing to recommend the most viable visa pathways. Meet counseling and conversion targets where applicable. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Client counseling and relationship management. communication and presentation skills. Problem solving and analytical skill and time management and multitasking. Counsel clients regarding visa options, immigration procedures, and travel requirements. Preferred Experience:- 1-5 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
