JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Provides prompt and superior customer service during the client interaction. Enhances the clientβs experience through video transmission, using multiple software programs from our centralized Virtual Teller Center. Will support and demonstrate Service Beyond Expectations, Begins with Me service standards.
