Helm is a fast‑growing company that is seeking an experienced Income Development Manager for the Quebec territory. This position will work directly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to achieve F&I (Finance and Insurance) product sales objectives for Stellantis’ Mopar Vehicle Protection division. As a member of our team, you will drive revenue growth in the assigned territory through face‑to‑face training and sales in assigned dealerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with client field teams and dealership personnel to maximize results
- Partner with dealership decision makers on mutually beneficial action plans and provide solutions utilizing our products and services
- Consult with dealership ownership and management on a consistent basis to review performance, product mix, incentives, promotions, and opportunities
- Work with client field teams to address and overcome loyalty issues
