Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other online platforms
- Assist clients with account-related concerns, applications, and service requests
- Perform outbound calls for customer engagement, follow-ups, or sales opportunities
- Accurately encode and maintain customer data and transaction records
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times
Qualifications
- College level or Vocational Graduate
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
