Key Responsibilities
• Craft clear, professional, and empathetic English responses to guest messages, emails, and inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO and other internal platforms.
• Maintain a 5 minute response time to all messages during your shift.
• Deescalate and resolve guest complaints with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
