About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations VA to manage daily dropship order processing, EDI account maintenance, tracking, returns processing, and partner communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high‑volume transactional tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Core Order Processing
- Process daily EDI orders for partners such as Fanatics, Rally House, HSN, Colony Brands, and additional True Commerce partners
- Process orders for non‑integrated partners (e.g., Sharper Image, QVC)
- Ensure timely acknowledgments, shipping confirmations, and invoices
