**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of invoices, monitoring of payments and control of accounting books
- Manage the calendar with precision, balancing professional and personal priorities, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient daily operations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel plans while preparing detailed agendas and itineraries
- Client Professional Social Media Management
**Requirements.

- Full proficiency in English
- Laptop and Cellphone
- Experience with any accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
- Experience making invoices, payment notes, etc.
**We offer**:
- $18,000 MXN after taxes per month

- Working time: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
