Overview

Protocol & Events vacancy within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla) – manage and coordinate visits to Airbus facilities in Spain, lead internal and external events, and continuously seek improvement and innovation in the function.

Responsibilities

• Organize internal and external events, ensuring a good image of Airbus and fulfilment of the company's standards.
• Develop the events strategy creatively and efficiently, coordinating logistics and leading projects with all involved teams.
• Manage VIP visits, coordinating strategy with managers and requesters (Commercial, Programme, Public Affairs) and ensuring culture, background and special features of each delegation are considered.
• Coordinate customer attention guaranteeing the company's standards and Ethics and Compliance policy, as well as client idiosyncrasies.
• Manage relations with local authorities in close relation with Public Affairs.
