Job Description

The Opportunity 

We are seeking experienced Vineyard Operators to join our Marlborough viticulture teams. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, responsibilities will include: 

  • Tractor and machinery operations 
  • Spray applications 
  • Irrigation operations 
  • Hands-on vineyard maintenance 
  • Harvest operations 

    • This is a full-time permanent role offering hours a week Monday – Friday. Extra hours and weekend work will be required during peak seasons. 

    About you 

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in viticulture / horticulture / agricultural machinery operations 
  • Viticulture/horticulture qualifications would be an advantage 
  • You have a clean driver’s license, love working outdoors and are physically fit to perform the duties
  • You achieve goals by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a safety mindset 
  • You are an excellent communicator and a team player...
