The ideal candidate should understand how to create content that drives engagement, builds personal brands, and increases reach in the B2B space. This role goes beyond editing and involves identifying valuable business insights, creating compelling short-form content, and supporting social media growth. Key Responsibilities Podcast & Video Editing Edit long-form business podcasts and interviews. Create engaging reels, shorts, and social media clips from podcast episodes. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and branding elements. Ensure high-quality audio and video output.
