Handling Service desk across multiple industries for clients across geographies
KILLS/QUALIFCATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Open to foreign nationals, especially Indian professionals (With relocation)
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing large-scale IT Service Desk operations.
- Proven executive leadership experience in global IT services organizations
- Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL), service delivery, SLA/KPI management, and operational excellence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic leadership, and people management skills.
