About the Role
As Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Delivery SEA, you will lead and scale high-volume recruitment across the Philippines and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Taiwan, and Japan). You'll partner with executive leaders to build a modern, technology-enabled recruitment organization that leverages AI, automation, analytics, and operational excellence to deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume recruitment strategy across the Philippines and SEA delivery sites.
- Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition roadmap, including AI, automation, and virtual hiring initiatives.
- Drive recruitment transformation focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning.
