About the Opportunity
A well-established, privately owned group of companies in the construction supply industry is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Operations to lead operational performance across its concrete accessories and flooring distribution business, which operates across multiple warehouse and distribution locations in British Columbia.
This newly created executive role is being brought in to strengthen operational leadership across the business. The VP, Operations will bring hands‑on operations expertise, strong people leadership, and the ability to build consistent standards, accountability, and structure across every location. You will report directly to the President & Owner and work alongside the General Manager, who will continue to lead sales, to ensure the business has the operational discipline and leadership needed to support its next stage of growth.
