Vice President Operations MODUTEC READY PANELS PRIVATE LIMITED Simplifying Panel Building Position Overview Modutec Ready Panels Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly capable and strategically driven Vice President Operations to lead and integrate the complete Enquiry-to-Execution value chain across our modular electrical enclosure systems business. This role demands a leader who combines strong manufacturing and operational expertise with systems thinking, people leadership, process discipline and execution excellence. The VP Operations will be responsible for ensuring that Modutec delivers: High-quality modular enclosure systems Faster lead times Scalable manufacturing systems Cost optimisation Operational standardisation Consistent on-time delivery The role requires close coordination with Design, R&D, SCM, Manufacturing, Stores, PPC, Maintenance and Logistics functions to create a unified, efficient and future-ready operational ecosystem.
