Job Description
The VP of Software Development Delivery Manager will provide technical leadership while collaborating with Business and Product teams on the vision-setting through to the implementation of the next level of our advisor digital platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of deep customisation, scalability, and streamlined experience. Responsibilities:
• Experience leading multiple development teams across various value streams providing nurturing leadership and talent development efforts for successful project delivery, application, and platform support
• Build cross-functional rapport with other leaders in the Technology and Product organisations for help navigating through dependencies, risk mitigation and triage of issues to resolution
• Have a deep, hands-on understanding of cloud architecture and design, with an emphasis on secure, distributed hybrid cloud platforms
