ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The VP of R&D reports directly to the Chief Scientific Affairs Officer and will support departmental needs as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide scientific leadership to develop innovative products strategically aligned with company goals.
Develop and implement R&D strategies to advance the pipeline and meet business objectives.
