As Vice President of Engineering , you will lead our engineering organization, owning product delivery, technical direction, and team performance. Reporting to the CTO, you will help shape our technology strategy and drive execution as we scale. Working closely with the CTO and the C-suite leadership team, you will oversee a distributed engineering function, ensuring high-quality delivery across the full technology stack and maintaining the reliability and scalability of our platform. Frontline is a fully distributed organization, and this role is fully remote. What You’ll Do    Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the company’s full suite of web and mobile applications.
