Vice President, Land Development & Municipal Engineering – Western Canada

This executive role reports to the Senior Vice President, LDME and is responsible for strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and people leadership across the Western Canada business.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear regional vision, strategy, operating plan, budgets, and performance targets aligned with WSP’s strategic priorities.
• Lead operational excellence across disciplines, optimizing project margins, workforce utilization, cash generation, and DSO.
• Champion business development across Western Canada, expanding market presence and ensuring investments deliver strong strategic and financial returns.
