We are seeking a VPĀ GBS Customer Admin &Ā OperationĀ to build and leadĀ in scope Quote-to-Cash operations, toĀ ensure reliableĀ and consistent service delivery across all in-scope processes. The roleĀ willĀ shapeĀ operating model, service scope, governance, and ways of workingĀ withinĀ GBS. It translates globally defined strategy, processes, and policies into scalable day-to-day operations, while driving service quality, continuous improvement,Ā innovationĀ and digital delivery.Ā Reporting to the SVP Global Business Services, andĀ theĀ role is part of the GBS leadership team.
