**About the Role**:
As Vice President of FP&A, you will take a leading role in shaping Nammo’s financial planning and analysis function. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Group’s financial planning, analysis and capital allocation processes. This position is central in providing data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and ensure the organization’s financial health. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and driving improvements across financial planning and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
