Vice President of Corporate Finance
Position Summary
The Vice President of Corporate Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end execution and performance of Opta’s global corporate finance function, including Group Accounting, Consolidations & Financial Reporting, Corporate FP&A, and Global Treasury Operations.
This role requires a hands‑on, execution‑focused leader who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen. The VP will not only lead the function but will actively engage in the work – owning outputs, solving complex problems, and ensuring high quality, timely delivery across all areas of responsibility.
Reporting to the CFO, the VP will serve as a trusted partner and key contributor, ensuring the integrity of financial information, strengthening financial processes, and delivering insights that support strategic decision‑making and operational performance.
