Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Product Development to join our leadership team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will champion the technical roadmap, drive regional engineering excellence, and lead the successful establishment of our state-of-the-art technical laboratory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Development Strategy & Governance: Own the strategic direction, operating model, investment priorities, safety governance, and capability roadmap for product development and the setup of the Singapore technical laboratory.
- Testing & Validation Leadership: Lead advanced engineering evaluation, product prototyping, validation strategy, and testing lifecycles to improve validation cycle time, technical confidence, and compliance with strict industry benchmarks.
