As a VenforFlex Analytics Specialist, you will support operations in improving and monitoring Customer Experience metrics for Vendor Flex sites across EU. You will partner with other teams to provide insightful recommendations and support to Operations teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include delivering value‑added reports on Transportation, Inventory Quality, Concessions and other CX KPIs at an EU level, monitoring and addressing CX issues impacting the network, and solving complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
