Job Description
**VCA Pahle Animal Hospital** is expanding its Patient Care Team and seeking a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician!
**Compensation:** $ 22 - 26/hr, and the starting range for technicians is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.
**Schedule:** Full-time opportunity with rotating Saturdays.
**What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):**
+ Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery
+ Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs
+ Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM
+ Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics
+ Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments
+ Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care
+ Maintain accurate patient medical records
