Responsibilities
- Master appointment scheduling, balancing veterinarian availability with urgent patient needs to ensure optimal clinic workflow.
- Serve as the compassionate first point of contact, expertly managing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing reassurance and clear information.
- Efficiently process client checkโins and checkโouts, accurately handling payments, insurance information, and necessary paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all medical history, treatment notes, and billing information are current and easily accessible for the veterinary team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or veterinary assistant certification preferred.
