Vestcor Inc. is an independent, New Brunswick-based organization that provides investment management and pension and employee benefits administration services to public-sector clients. Vestcor is seeking its first General Counsel—a newly created leadership role that will establish an internal legal function and strengthen Vestcor’s governance, risk management, and operational legal capability. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, providing practical legal guidance across a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, governance, and benefit administration.
