Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the declared information, including identity, financial, employment and residential information, against bank statements and other documents to determine validity and accuracy
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including Customer Operations, Business Development Managers and Associates, brokers and employers
Perform outbound calls to assist applicants and brokers throughout the application
Verify and validate that all lending policies are adhered to for each application
Ensure each application complies with responsible lending and AML/CTF requirements
Clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders to request further information and/or provide an outcome and reasoning
Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure efficient processing of applications and turnaround time targets are met
