We are looking for a Hands-on Expert Verification Engineer with managerial aspirations to manage and Lead a verification team of integrated circuits and/or integrated circuit building blocks to meet functional and performance. To drive quality improvements in an amazing team.

  • Actively manage the verification and the team to meet the project goals (cost, timeline, performance)
  • Take responsibility for delivering verification quality and executing timescales
  • Coordinate the (daily) activities of a team
  • Performance management of subordinates
  • Participate, organize and consult in verification result reviews
  • Develop work plans and schedules, report progress to (project) management
  • Mentor and train digital verification engineers
  • Develop verification plan based on specifications
  • Review design specifications to improve their quality, i.e. fitness for verification
