Job Summary

The Vehicle Technical Specialist is responsible for providing expert technical support, diagnostics, and guidance related to vehicle systems and performance. This role serves as a technical authority for troubleshooting complex issues, supporting service teams, and ensuring vehicles meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues
• Provide advanced technical support to technicians, service advisors, and customers
• Interpret vehicle diagnostic data, service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical bulletins
