Creation and management of the production program (annual, monthly, and daily).
Coordination with Sales to align demand and production volume.·Analysis of plant capacity vs. production requirements.
Monitoring and control of volume variations and accumulated differences by model.
Tracking and execution of projects (Major & Minor Changes).
