Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Windows desktop images for a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure platform
Support VDI infrastructure including image creation, optimization, and lifecycle management
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows operating system and desktop related issues
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Powershell to streamline desktop engineering and operational tasks
Collaborate with infrastructure and endpoint teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable VDI solutions
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of Windows desktop engineering practices
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for VDI builds, automation, and support processes
Qualifications:
Strong experience as a Windows Desktop Engineer or VDI Infrastructure Engineer
Expert level knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Windows desktop ecosystem
