Shape workforce dynamics as an HR Business Partner with Transdev Western Canada based in Vancouver. Provide strategic HR support to optimize employee relations and operations performance. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you’ll play a vital role in western operations by advising on labor matters, managing grievances, and supporting policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on HR operational strategies
• Guide conflict resolution and grievance processes
• Lead investigations for both union and non-union cases
• Develop and implement employee policies
• Create management reports to track employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
• 5+ years experience in HR with a labor focus
• Solid conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation in Western Canada
