Job Description
Qualifications Matric/N.D.Prod.Mngt/Food Tech; Comp.lit. Must have 5-10 years of experience in value-added meat processing, workplace housekeeping, temperature control, product specifications, hygiene, HMS & HACCP principals, staff supervision, maintenance, IT application, regulations & client guidelines, customer relations. Self-development/knowledge enhancement i.r.o. this position. Responsibilities Evaluate and decide on all departmental operational aspects, analyse and create new systems, continuous improvement with GM & Director based on vision, strategy, capex limitations. Execute horizontal, inter-departmental, vertical communication with GM & Director. Manage, plan, control, and organise staff, production, hygiene, maintenance, and waste.
