Job Description
**Team/Role Overview:**
The Valuation Control Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for contributing to the Independent Price Verification, Valuation Adjustment and Fair Value Hierarchy processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Solve valuation issues under little to no supervision, including complex problems
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices to daily tasks
+ Identify process gaps and control issues
+ Analyse situations and data utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies
+ Select the best pre-defined procedure to resolve issues and seek guidance when necessary
+ Follow and maintain accurate and complete procedure notes and associated maker checker responsibilities.
+ Escalate anomalies and issues in an efficient and timely manner
+ Interpret data, identify inconsistencies through research and recommend solutions based on analysis
