Job Description
Time2Scale is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to provide maternity leave cover for its Spanish HR team. This interim assignment will support approximately 130 employees across several business units in a fast-paced, international environment.
The successful candidate will manage employee relations under Spanish labour law, advise managers, lead recruitment interviews, onboarding and performance processes, and deliver monthly HR reporting while maintaining accurate data
