Summary of Post
The Faculty is running a twelve-month proof-of-concept trial of FLO mCPD, a digital CPD and compliance coach for healthcare professionals. The platform turns everyday clinical reflection into structured, audit-ready professional development, guided by AI micro-coaching. It is already built. This phase shapes it around the people who will use it and tests it in real clinical settings. We are recruiting an AI/UX/UI Specialist to adapt that platform for a range of healthcare user groups, working alongside our IT and design experts and practising clinicians.
